All children, birth thru 5th grade must have parents or guardians fill out registration forms. After these forms go through the main office, an ID number will be assigned and used to contact parents or guardians in case of emergency.

When checking in, two tags will be printed. One will go on the child the other will go to the parent. The parent must hold on to this tag and present it to the Registration Desk in order to pick up their child at the end of service.

If other family members (siblings, etc) are to pick up the child, they must present the tag. Our policy is, No Tag, No Release. This is to ensure the safety and security of your children while here at Eastern Heights Church.

For first time visitors, a tag will be printed with child's name and parent's or guardian's name. We want to provide a safe enviroment for all children attending the services.
